Change Requests

IMPORTANT: Before submitting a request, please read the FAQ for answers to common questions.

To submit a correction or change request:

1) Locate the church on the map.
2) Click on the CFM Logo for the church to view info.
3) In the info box, click the "Request Changes" link.

You can also click here to submit a request, but please be sure to provide a valid email address in case we need more info.

Pastoral Changes

If you are submitting a request for a pastoral change, you must include details about all of the pastors involved. Specifically:

  1. Is the existing pastor (who's being replaced) still in ministry in the Fellowship?
  2. Is the new pastor already in the directory?
    • If not, please read "New Churches/Pastors" section.
    • If so, did someone take their previous church? (Please follow steps 1 and 2 for that person, as well.)

If you do not have all of this info, please obtain it before submitting your request.

New Pastors/Churches

This website can only accept changes to existing records. If you are a new pastor (i.e. you are not already in the directory), please do not submit a change request. New churches should be submitted directly to Pastor Greg Mitchell by the pastor who's doing the planting, so please communicate with your pastor first to prevent duplicating effort. New requests should include the following info:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Wife's name
  • Home/mailing address
  • Church address (where applicable)
  • Church city (if different from home/mailing city)
  • Email address
  • Phone number and type (e.g. Home, Office, Mobile)
